Shipping:
– Destinations: Italy, Europe, UAE.
– Costs and Modalities: Free shipping for orders over 50€, otherwise a fee of 4.99€. For affiliates, shipping is always free.
– Delivery Time: Domestic shipping in 3-5 working days; international shipping in 6 working days. Shipping times include 48-72 working hours for order processing.

Return Policy:
In case of receipt of damaged products:
- Contact resi@kissis.it within 72 hours of receipt of the parcel.
- The package must be in its original packaging and must not have been opened or used.
- Send photos of the damaged product as proof.
- The product will be replaced without further charge.

Modification or Cancellation of Orders:
To change or cancel orders, please contact customer service indicating the order number provided in the confirmation e-mail.

Limitations and Liability:
Rollo Company releases itself from any liability for delays, damage or loss of parcels due to causes outside its direct management.
